Getting Ordained?

My cousin just called me stressing out because his minister just cancelled on him.  Him and his Fiance are getting married 9/10/11 in Virginia Beach.  He just asked me if I would get ordained?  Has anyone had someone do this for them?  There are so many websites out there and I'm not sure what has correct information and what doesn't!  I am so happy to help them if it means making their day a little less stressful!

Please let me know if you have any advice or have any experience with this!

    Hi there! I am also getting married 9/10/11 just a little up 64 in Williamsburg. One of my friends just finished getting ordained to perform a one-time civil ceremony, so I would be more than happy to answer your questions. First off, I assume you're not an ordained member of the clergy already? And second, are you a resident of Virginia?

    You can go to Universal Ministries I think...my fiance did that for his sisters' wedding in Barboursville, VA (Orange County) in 2008 and it's totally legal! And I think it was free to register.
