Wintergreen Resort

My fiancee and I may be having our wedding at Wintergreen Resort in May 2010.  Has anybody ever been to a wedding their?  If so, any suggestions and how was it?  Thanks!

    Hi Laura! My fiance and I are getting married in Wintergreen in October 2010. Have you decided to get married there, and if so, what vendors have you looked at?

    Hi Laura and Morgie! I am considering getting married in Wintergreen and unfortunately won't be back in the country before I have to book the place. I've been there to visit family who live on the mountain, but I've never tasted their food or seen their fancy set-ups. The food is one of the most important things to me, and I'm really hesitant to commit before I know more about it. Could either of you tell me how you liked it, how flexible the caterers were in working with you, whether there are certain things they do better than others, how well they might deal with vegetarians/vegans, etc.? Any input would be appreciated!
