Reception decor setup (Norfolk VA)

Hi Ladies
I have not been on the board in awhile and am a August 2010 bride in the Norfolk area. I wanted to know if anyone knows of any companies or a self employed person who does reception decor setup. I would need them to place down centerpieces, set up placecards, setup up favors and some other things.  I think I may need them for about a 1 hour or 2hour.

I really do not have any family or friends to help they will be participating in the ceremony.

Any suggestions are welcome.

If you check craigslist there is a day of coordinator who just had a post up about being available for $325 for the day of the wedding.
