Cheap but good wedding photographer in Hampton Roads??

Ok guys...an impossible request Im sure...but does anyone know of a good cheap wedding photographer in Hampton Roads, Virginia???
I know someone mentioned asking on Craig's List, and Im looking at that option at the moment but basically Im looking for someone who's just starting their business and is willing to offer a wedding package thats at least under a thousand dollars.
My FI and I have just had a baby and cant afford an expensive photographer.

I saw your post and as I live in Woodland NC (not terribly far from Hampton Roads - a couple hours), I can refer you to a photographer here.  I have hired her to shoot our wedding.She is willing to travel, and her lowest cost package is $900, and they offer al a carte packages too.  Its worth a shot - PM me and I will send you the details.

My photographer is Robbie Hickman and she's charging about 900 for 6 hours. I have some kind of package deal but I'm sure she's one of the more affordable photographers in the area.

We used Prints Charming (http://www.photova.com/Weddings.html). She has all her rates up right now. I know when we booked she was offering a coupon, so if you can hold out for a while she might post something on her website.

I really like Jarnett Photography for their artistic style. I believe they are more affordable than most photographers in the area.

I got married on October 2nd and had the best photographer, Katy Blevins.  She is under a thousand, gives you all of the pictures she takes on a CD within a week of the wedding, and is so nice! She was my favorite vendor and affordable too. We couldn't believe how beautiful the pictures came out! We highly recommend her. Here's her info:

Godwin Photography is in Virginia Beach and they are pretty cheap and I like their style.  You can check them out of facebook (www.facebook.com/GodwinPhotography) or they also have a website that I think you can find on their facebook page.  They charged us $850 for our wedding which included all the way from the preperations until the end of the reception and gave us a CD with all the printing rights!
