Bridesmaid Dress Alterations in Lynchburg Area

I have a bridesmaid who lives in the Lynchburg area and needs to find a place to have her dress altered. She needs to have the dress taken down considerably smaller. I picked out the dress without realizing that the smallest it comes in is a fairly big six and she is size two. Thank you for the help!

Did she get her dress from David's Bridal?  The closest one to Lynchburg is in Roanoke.  I know there is a Bridal place in the mall, but they do not have a good reputation for anything.

Thank you! The dress is from Davids Bridal and with the closest being in Roanoke it would be easier for her to get it altered closer to Lynchburg.  I did not even think about the dress not coming small enough when I picked them out.
