Texas-Dallas and Ft. Worth

Venue feedback please

I was wondering if anyone has any feedback on the following locations.
I believe I have exhausted my google abilities on these venues.

Trinity River Audubon Center
I like the looks of it from its website but I cannot find any photos of actual weddings there.

Stonegate Mansion in Fort Worth
How much money am I looking to spend before food and beverage are even applied?

Avanti Fountainplace
Their website prices were a little confusing to me. My main concern is regarding privacy in the fountain area.

Aristide in Mansfield
Does anyone know if they are willing to work around budgets or anything about their preferred caters/in-house DJ?

Belltower Fort Worth
Photos other than their website

Ashton Hotel in Fort Worth
I'm looking for photos of an actual wedding there.

T&P Station in Fort Worth
I have been to reception here and I remember loving it. I'm just looking for feedback from a bride's perspective as far as the cost and hassle of bringing in your own caterer and everything that goes along with it.

Avanti Fountainplace- has 5,000 mins but can be made cheaper if you do a friday or sunday wedding. There isnt many people that go to the fountains except in the summer sometimes people bring their kids with swim suits- but when you rent the place you get 1 security guard and they are the ones that make sure people dont come and play in the fountains.

TRAC isn't really made for weddings & they haven't had very many, so they don't have any pictures yet. And my wedding isn't until next April so I won't have any good info until then. Smile
I do know that they don't have any round tables or linens, you will have to bring almost everything in yourself.

    Stonegate Mansion in Fort Worth

We visited Stonegate and thought that it was a really interesting, unique and fun venue. They provide pretty much everything for you but of course, all of that adds up. My fiance really liked it and we could have done it but it would have been reeeeeally tight with our budget and everything else we need to do/get. I think that our total was around $8,000. That included a lot though; beer, liquor, linens, dinnerware, lighting and a bunch of other stuff that I cant remember! I do remember that they charged extra for EVERYTHING, though! Like $100 to use the dance floor (which wasn't very big but you could add on to it for extra money, of course!), also to use their TV to loop a slideshow on was an extra charge. It is very cool though but their price was a tad bit high for us!

    Belltower Fort Worth

I know you just asked for pics. but I thought you would maybe want some feedback too (: I really liked the Belltower and it is a GORGEOUS place but I did not like the location and also, the reception area seemed a bit small for our amount of guests. We are expecting between 150-175 and the lady said it would work but I was a bit skeptical. I have a lot of friends that like to dance and it would not be fun to be crammed in there like sardines! The chapel is beautiful but the reception area was just alright in my opinion.

Good Luck in finding a place!

    Aristide

We went and looked at this place.  It's brand new and the owner didn't mention any in-house dj or preferred caterers. She seemed pretty open to anything.  We are on a strict budget and that place was fairly cheap even with our budget. If you want, I will look for the pricing info she sent me.

    Angela,

I checked out your website and I was very impressed with all of the details you have already thought out. I certainly like the looks of the Audubon's reception room. Is there an additional charge for the outdoor ceremony?

Sorry, I just was going back through old posts and saw this. No, they do not charge extra for the ceremony. Email me through my bio if you have any other questions & I will be glad to help!
