I am curently 3 months pregnant but want to purchase my wedding dess soon. The baby will be born 6 months before the wedding so don't want things altered now. Is there a local seamstress in the williamsburg, norfolk, richmand or surrounding area that can do the alterations on a dress for an affordable price? I'm willing to travel a little for someone who can do a wonderful job, so any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
