Early Summer wedding question...

My fiance and I are getting married in Middleburg, VA outside at the beginning of June.  We were thinking about having the ceremony at about 4pm/4:30pm so it's closer to dinner and a little later than mid-afternoon.
We plan on having hors d'ouerve hour/hour&a half after the ceremony to keep people busy while the wedding party and families are being photographed.
After that the reception would officially start and hopefully dinner would be served within the next 30-45minutes.

Do these seem like reasonable time frames?
Should the ceremony start later? 5pm? 5:30pm?

Thanks!

    Let me get this straight:

    4:00-4:30pm ceremony
    4:30-6:00pm cocktail hour
    6:00pm reception starts
    6:30pm dinner served

I think it sounds okay. Our ceremony started at 5pm and we were eating dinner by 6:15. Both ceremony and reception were in the same place and we ate before anything else, pretty much as soon as we walked in we ate.

That's similar to what we are planning with the 1 stop cermony /reception site we are at:
    5:00-5:30pm ceremony
    5:30-7:00pm cocktail hour (pictures)
    7:00pm receptio-dinner starts
