Beach Wedding

Hi!  I live in the Shenandoah Valley, but would love to have a small wedding on the beach.  I am thinking of no more than 15 people.  I would like to find a semi-private spot that we can have a simple ceremony that is going to be romantic.  My budget is very tight, so I'm hoping someone possible has suggestions?  Thank you so very much!

well first of all let me say congrats on your  engagement. I was looking into inexpensive beach weddings myself. I am not sure how far you are willing to travel but there is a very budget friendly place in NC that has a great pkg deal for around $600.00. good luck here is the link
