reception/ceremony

Anyone up in Northern Virginia know any rustic and pretty places that will also fit 150+ people for a reception and ceremony??? I'm new to Fairfax and was looking for a venue for my wedding in 2014.

Meadowlark Botanical Garden in Vienna is really nice...my sister got married there a few years ago. I'm not sure I a would call it "rustic" necessarily, but their atrium definitely brings the outside in, if you know what I mean (trees inside, water features, big windows onto the garden, etc). It's a beautiful location.

Check out a couple of the vineyards in Loudoun County. It's not that far away and they might have what you are looking for. A friend is getting married at Lost Creek Winery and I think she's having 150 people.

Have you considered the Blue Ridge Shenandoah Valley. I could name you a number of venues that are rustic including The Stable at Bluemont Vineyard. If you want a true barn - I mean a real barn - York Hill close to Charles Town West Virginia is the place. Go to http://goblueridgetravel.com/ to learn more.
