maybe i should start all over! I have not clue how this page really works and just wanted to say hi, tell some people about my experience with my photographer since thats the biggest part other than getting engaged that i have going right now. I do personal do some photography but only for fun and so i have pictures of my daughter. Her name is Cheyenne and is the best thing ever! I am a receptionist at a doctors office.

I have been friends with my honey for over 10 years but started as "us" a year ago and as you can see from the past messages have been engaged since 1-1-11. I am sure we wont meet my date for getting married on 11-11-11 but its the day i wanted to get married. I have heard from my sister in law about a place online called light int he box that you can get some great dresses. Like i said before i am planning this on my own so not sure what all i have to get done. I want to have my reception when we get back at Landon winery in Greenville. that way our friends can share this with us. And someone asked the website and i mistyped because i was overwhelmed with everything and everyone. The whole thing reeks.  You don't come over and on post number ONE start talking about your amazing photographer.  You just don't.

I see this all the time on Beauty Board.  Usually though they do it after the fact--like after the wedding, "oh I used MakeupbyDorothy, she was so wonderful, here is her website, etc."

OP, if you're for real PLEASE stop plugging Suzibell.  We got it, OK?

If you are real, it's not your fault.  Like I said, your photographer did you no favors by telling you to come over here and talk about how amazing she is.  It looks made up and it reflects badly on her, which I am sure was not her intention.

Welcome and now that we know who your photographer is, let us know if we can help with anything else.

You say thanks for nothing, yet haven't asked for one iota of advice/recommendations/anything. We'll help if you have questions/issues/etc!

Your initial post advised that photography for your wedding day is the most important part since you will have something tangible to look back on, but you also say that she will not be <em>photographing</em> your actual wedding?  

We aren't being ridiculous for the heck of it...it really sucks to help out a bride-to-be with legit advice and then find that <em>they</em> weren't legit to begin with. I truly hope that you are legit so that I/we don't have to look back on the hour of insanity that has ensued here as a waste of time.
