Need a Plan B for a planned outdoor wedding at Smith Mountain Lake

My fiance and I are getting married the 1st of October at home at Smith Mountain Lake.  It is a home of my friends and would not have enough space to hold a reception inside in the event it rains.  We have no plan B if it rains!! Our ceremony is to be outside as well our reception and there is no plan to have tents. Any suggestions on maybe a possible local pavilion or indoor reception site that we could tentatively book in case of rain or maybe just other suggestions or options?!  Any help would be great! THANK YOU

take a look at mariners landing at smith mtn lake (www.marinerslanding.com) .they are right on the lake, great view of the mtns.
but...if you "tentatively" hold a place in case of weather, they'll charge you (wherever you go) because that will take the venue off their available list.
on the flip side....if you have your heart set on the ceremony at the house, you could just have everyone go to mariners landing for the reception.

 I believe that aztec out of salem will let you reserve tents and only have them set up if you need them. I know we are renting out door chairs from there for our wedding at the Maridor in Roanoke on 10/22. They set everything up and take it down for you as well. I would try them asking that way if you need the tents you can use them and if you dont you can go on with plan A
