Can anyone name this dress?

Hello! I have been trying very tedioously to find this dress online, but so far I haven't been successful. I was finally able to get into the shop and take some photos of it. Can anyone help me? The store refuses to tell you the designer of a dress until you buy it, rips the tags out, and doesn't allow you to take photos... that is, unless they put you in a dressing room by yourself.   Just trying to find the designer so I know if I'm getting a good deal and just for general peace of mind. It feels very shady to have to throw down $1,000 and not even know anything about what I'm buying!
