I actually was reading the other post about the marriage liscense.  I live in Monroe County, but I am getting married in Toledo where do I apply for my marriage liscense at?  Is it in Ohio or Michigan?

    I recently moved done to Dayton and we are getting married in Lucas county. When I called to find out if I had to do the marriage license here or there the women I spoke with told me that you had to do it in the county where you lived. I don't know if it's the same for out of state or not though.If your still unsure just give them a call. It took me like 5 minutes to get my answer.
