Confessions?

They're doing this on SB, so it made me want to do it over here too!  Let's here some shameless confessions.

Here's some of mine:

I have a crush on Anderson Cooper.

I totally believe in mediums and I have contacted one (like yesterday) to have a reading done.

I judge people's feet.

Best concert I've EVER been to?  New Kids/Backstreet Boys.  BEST.

Re: Confessions?

  • I love watching Judge Judy. When I lived by myself I watched(or DVR'd) Nancy Grace nightly. I judge people on their "air". Shallow I know, but true.

  • At our company Thanksgiving lunch I ate 10 pickle spears. That beat my record the year before of 9

  • H and I decided the last time he was home that we're not going to TTA anymore.

I judge people who use text speak in every situation--it's not really appropriate 24/7.  4 realz.

    I love Judge Judy.

I think people who claim to be adults and mature but then behave in an immature fashion because they don't get their way should not be allowed to call themselves adults.

ETA:  I love Daniel Craig.  Like no joke.  Bad.

    Confession #2:

I also don't know why people claim that they're leaving a situation (or a board) due to all the drama but come back to cause drama.  Are you staying or are you going?  Make up your mind.
  • I confess that I may be crazy on wedding day if I don't get to eat. So please for the love of Anderson Cooper, let me eat that day!

    Ditto!! X10! Very handsome.

I act like I dont care about the Kardashian clan but I secretly watch their shows
  • This isn't a confession, as it is so much an annoyance:

People who are all lovey-dovey, post on each others' walls sitting in the same room, about how much they loooove eachother, overall disgustingness, when they live together and really those things should be said face to face instead of on Facebook - kinda people.  That crap drives me nuts.

I love my husband, but I don't think all of Facebook needs to hear about it all.the.time.

  • My guy crush is Clive Owen. And the entire Spanish soccer team (except for Puyol).

I love to play videogames (COD, FIFA, etc.) and I LOVE soccer (the only sport I watch).

I love cheese more than chocolate.

I cannot wake up in the morning without a minmum of 20 seconds of baby dinosaur noises.

I hate cooking. I can do it, but I don't enjoy it.

    Agreed.
Same goes for your(general you) baby. I'm glad you love your baby but how about instead of posting "we love you baby" on your wall, you actually go tell your baby. Since you know...babies don't use facebook.

  • 1)   this is gonna sound terrible but... I really don't like my MOH.  She's a long time friend and we've been through a lot together but we're moving in two totally different directions in our lives.  We just don't seem to mesh well anymore.

    2)  I watch Dr. Phil and Real Housewives religiously.  My FI hates it.

    3)  I *love* going to hole in the wall bars on kareoke night :)

  • Haha, did you hear about the couple that made a facebook page for their still-gestating baby?  They would update it every time they had a doctor's visit.

    "I'm measuring at ______!  Now I've developed x, y, z characteristics!  I can't wait to meet you all!"

    Creepy.

  • Crash -- what do you mean about people's "air" ? Like their aura? I'm just curious if I'm missing something.

aeliza06 -- that's hilarious, about the baby dinosaur noises. And I hate cooking too. So much so that I refuse to do it. It's either H's job or we eat takeout/frozen food.

jenbob2012 -- hole-in-the-wall bars + karaoke is H and my favorite thing to do! We go all the time. I don't sing very often -- my H is the more outgoing one.

    My confessions:
I sing so much in my car, some evenings I'm actually hoarse by the time I get home. (I also have a long commute.)

I lasted exactly one week on my 2012 weight-loss resolution. I've gone out to lunch with coworkers every day this week.

I'm all stressed out by, of all things, curtains. I want to hire an interior decorator just to pick $25 curtains for me. And a handyman to hang them for me. I'm the world's worst decorator and handyman -- I wish I'd known this before I bought a house.

This is why we are friends!

    I miss my independence.

Where I am at in my life is not at all where I thought I would be. Funny how things work out.

I'm jealous of my SIL. My parent's are enabler's and just hand them anything they want. It is must be nice.

  • Brianna, so agree with you on the expressing your feel gon FB thing. The people who I know who do it, actually have the WORST relationships of anyone I know. Go figure... Wendi, please eat! We had a sweetheart table with food put out for us, and we never touched it. So I honestly can't tell you how our food was, except of course, for the mac and cheese! My confessions, let's see: 1). As much as I hate that DH travels for work, I TREASURE that time to myself. 2). I love my job more than life itself, and am a very goal, career oriented person, but part of me would love to quit my job and be a stay at home mom, even though we only have the little one half e month. 3). DH has a 6 year old from a previous marriage, and he's the bomb. We decided we didn't think we want more kids. I have really struggled with this recently, and think I want a kid, but I'm not sure. So confused. 4). I'm a control freak.
