I'm procrastinating on studying for my exams tomorrow.  What's everyone up to today?

My immediate family is having our Christmas tonight at my parents house.   I went out on a limb and bought my 14 year old niece a gift card to Sephora.  I hope you can actually buy some decent stuff in Sephora for $30!

ooh- you can! especially in their after Christmas sale! All the fun gift bundles go on sale. I usually stock up on a few specialty items I swear by during this time. The rest of my stuff is usually whatever is on sale at CVS.  

I am going to a baby shower today for my sorority sister who is having TWINS! So excited for her! I am just sad her and her husband are moving to Japan (Air Force). It will be good to celebrate but bittersweet.

This is me!  Well, I go to Bed Bath and Beyond so I can use a 20% off coupon most of the time but drugstore makeup is what I usually go for.  It's always awesome to have a few nicer things in the makeup bag though.  I will have to tell her to keep her eyes open for the after Christmas sales... thanks for the head's up!

Twins are exciting!  I'm not sure that I can handle twins because I just don't have that level of patience one would need unless you have amazingly well-behaved children.  FI's mom told me once that twins run in their family.  Then in Life Cycle Nutrition we learned that it only matters if twins run on the maternal side, which thank you god, they do not!  I'd happily accept whatever I am given in terms of children, but I just doubt my maternal capabilities when it comes to taking care of two infants at the same time!

I went bridesmaids dress shopping today. It was an experience.

Then 2 of my lovely bridesmaids treated me to lunch and drinks. 

After I went to TJ Maxx and got a new Kathy Van Zeeland purse (Yay) and a couple of Christmas presents. 

Now we're just watching the Cowboys and I want a nap! lol
