Has anyone used Iris Lauber from An Occasional Cookie for their wedding cake or cupcakes?

    I work with her husband and he brings cupcakes in every once in awhile and they are awesome.  The girls at work always order them for special occasions.  Don't know anyone that has used her for their wedding but I am positive she would do an excellent job.
