Florist?

Hi, ladies!

I'm still looking for a florist. I really need someone who's going to be fairly inexpensive. Any suggestions? I don't even know where to start looking with this.

We used Emery's Flowers for our wedding in 2008, and were very happy with them.  The flowers were beautiful, the service was great, and the cost was reasonable.  We worked with Susan.

Lynn with Pollynn Flowers!  She was wonderful... supre creative, had tons of great ideas, and her work was beautiful.  Very inexpensive and very willing to work with any budget as well.

Her website is pollynn.com.  I wasn't blown away by her website, but when I met with her I was totally won over.

Many people will also recommend Sharry's Touch.  Sharry works out of her house... I don't have her contact info, but she is priced very similarly to Lynn.

I agree with PP-- I am using Sharry's Touch and she is pretty awesome. Her quote was hundreds below others I got, although I did not try Pollylynn Flowers and have heard great things about her too. PM me if you need Sharry's contact info (I have to dig it up).

    Sharry's number is 419-866-5045.

We also had her do the flowers for our wedding and I was very, very pleased!

Our order consisted of my bridal bouquet, 3 BM bouquets, a toss bouquet, 6 bouts, 5 corsages, 2 roses to present to our parents during the ceremony, and flower petals to line our aisle.  We also rented a birdcage cardholder.  She delivered everything and also provided vases to hold our bouquets at the reception.  I can't remember the exact total, but I know we came in under $300.

I met with Enchanting Flowers and Lynn from Pollynn Flowers and ended up booking with Pollynn Flowers. She's very creative and really good to play ideas off of. Her website is not a good representation of her work. It needs to be updated. So, don't let that deter you. She is super easy to work with so far and willing to go above and beyond. She is going to string lights for me at my venue for $300 cheaper than a decorating company wanted. And when I told her I was going to rent lanterns from a company for some non-floral centerpieces. She though the price sounded kind of high and offered to buy some lanterns and let me rent them at a cheaper price. Really fabulous customer service.

She's really good at taking your ideas and adjusting them based on your budget. I couldn't say enough nice things about her so far!

Kristen at http://helpimgettingmarried.biz/ was wonderful and very affordable. She did everything I asked for and more, and I was even able to rent some of our decor from her. She's wonderful and so extremely helpful!
