Licatta Jewelers at Levis Commons

If anyone has ordered anything from them recently, be warned that Levis Commons changed locks on them and they are now in some litigation process.  Nothing verified, but most likely they didn't pay their rent or something.

We ordered FI's wedding band from them, today was my 3rd attempt to pick it up.  I had to give all my info to Levis Commons attorneys so they coudl try to get the ring for me as it's paid for, so technically my property. 

We're getting married in 18 days...I cannot believe this is happening!

    Yikes!  I hope that works out for you guys.  I just got a mass email from the jewelers (I must have got on a list from a bridal show or something) saying that they're going out of business... but it just said that they'd be starting a going out of business sale tomorrow.

    It's official...they're closed and in formal litigations over lease, contracts, and rent.

    FI & I are meeting at Harold Jaffe right after work to get another band ordered.  We don't have time to see how long it's going to take to get the other band...if ever.  If we do ever get the first ring back, he'll just be lucky to have 2 bands he can choose from!  But I'd rather order a new ring now so we have it for the ceremony rather than nothing at all.

    They moved back to their old place on Byrne road... I got another email about it.  They said that they have all the old ordered pieces with them.

    yea there was a sign on the door. We went to go and order our rings from them and saw the sign. Just opened a new line of credit with them 2 days prior....UGH
