Budget reception venues and wedding sites

Ok, we want to get married on the beach someplace on lake erie. So, we're looking for a nice place to marry on the beach along with a budget wedding reception. I'm talking budget being $10-12,000, anyone know of anyplace for any of this? We're looking to get married June of 2012 so booking shouldn't be much of a problem! Thanks!

How many guests?  10-12k will do a lot more for a guest list of 40 vs. a guest list of 400.

If you only have 130 Maumee Bay could probably get you in budget. I know it is not an actual beach but it is on the water and makes for awesome pictures!!

Maumee Bay is the only place I can think of in the area.  There may be more beachy places to the east, Port Clinton area.
