Transportation

What are you reccomendations on Transportation?  We are looking for a limo bus or a hummer limo.  What is everyone else doing?

Yeah... I need to do this, too.  I'm probably going to go with A1 Limo.  They have a hummer and busses, and it seems like a nice wedding package.  I just want like 8-10 passenger one that will drive me and my small WP around after the ceremony  and before the reception to take some pictures.

I do know that Birmingham Limo also has a hummer.  No idea on the price.

Their wedding package seems nice, too.   Red carpet, champange/ice, just married signs...  So I'll probably pick which ever one of these is cheaper.

I think childer's limo has a hummer too, but their website annoyed me and I couldn't do much research on it.  I live in Colorado, so I am relying on companies with websites.

We had a limo from Total Image.  We didn't have any major problems, but looking back, they weren't a vendor that stands out as being amazing to me.  Our driver was abuot 20 minutes late because he couldn't find the Macomber Lodge at Pearson Park.  It wasn't a huge deal because we wanted him to pick us up at 2:00 to take us downtown for pictures before our 4:30 ceremony.

One thing I will suggest is to get a limo that is larger than you need.  We had a 10 person limo for our 8 people in the bridal party and it was still barely big enough.

We went with a 22 passenger party bus from Limo Toledo.  They are a little pricier but I love their service and party bus, so we went with them.

We just rented a 1964 Rolls Royce -- it only fits FI and I (and driver) but it totally pulls off the whole vintage theme im going for. I cant wait to see the pics of it!  Great Lakes Vintage Limo, Perrysburg. (obviously not a stretch hummer or bus but it was way cheaper for us and our BP is all going to ride together in one of their SUV's. and follow up for pics.

I booked a limo through A1 Accurate.  They are a BBB accredited business and they have an A+ rating.  Their prices were decent too.  I'm not 100% sure if they have a hummer limo, but you could call them.  I just checked out their website, and it seems to be having some problems.  I was just on it 2 weeks ago when I booked my limo and it was working fine.  They have been wonderful to work with as my fiance and I live in Harrisburg, PA, and we are getting married in Toledo.  I was able to e-mail my contract back and they took payment over the phone.  Good luck.
