B&M Monday

I thought I would start it since I have one!

I destroyed my veil yesterday!!! The veil we bought from India had these horrible little beads. So I started taking them off and when I did it there was glue left. So I tried many ways to remove said glue which resulted in me tearing the veil. It is very noticable and unfixable. I'm on the hunt for a new veil!

Aw, I'm sorry about your veil! Although, as much as I love my veil, I would NOT mind shopping for one all over again. They're all gorgeous.

On the chance anyone here loves The Office as much as I do, this reminds me of the wedding episode where Pam rips her veil on the wedding day. Ok, tangent over.

I have no real B&M, except that I stayed up way too late working on something WR and it was SO hard to wake up today. In fact, I'm dragging my feet on getting ready and going to work, which only pushes back the time that I'll be able to leave work.

It's Monday, and every.single.weekend this month is going to be jammed.  I wish I could take the whole month off!

I still cry when I see that episode and the one where he proposes.  Also, I wonder how many proposals have now happened at a gas station.....

This week is going to drag!!!!!  I leave for FL with the dance team on Friday afternoon and I've got meetings after school three of the five days this week.  Somewhere in there I have to do more laundry and pack for two trips (because we go back next week!).  And, tomorrow is TAKS day.  If you know a teacher, give them a hug because the testing days are brutal.

I felt the same way the month before my wedding, it was all so much fun though, totally worth being booked up for four weeks straight. It got so bad that I devoted about 95% of my work day to wedding and about 5% to working. But you would NEVER do that, right?? :)

I don't have a B&M really - if pressed...it's Monday and I started Couch to 5k on Saturday, my muscles are still a little sore.

I'm really sorry about your veil!

The only B&M I have is that one of the GMs may be dropping out of the wedding. His girlfriend decided to change their trip to California & their flight just happens to leave the day before the wedding. He's trying to get the flight changed to the next Monday, but Im not sure if thats going to happen or not.

LONG weekend (was at drill) - we got our asses kicked, and I think I'm walking funny from my muscles being so sore...*sigh*

Oh, and the constant B&Ms: Time & Money.

I'm almost to the 100 day mark, and it's starting to freak me out!  I don't know what I'm going to do when I get to the single digits!

Sorry about your veil Deepthi.

Brianna, I am the same way last week in my check in with my manager I let him know that I will not be getting as much work done in March as every other month.  I normally work late and work some weekends to get stuff done. I just cant do that this month and with doing the job of two supervisors right now its inevitable that not all work will get done.  Luckily he was completely understanding and okay with it. *weight off my shoulders*

I do my b-pics today at 3 with the wonderful Chelsea.  I leave for hair and makeup at 11:30 and seriously cannot wait.

My only B&M is the weather I am sooo tired of this contant changing I go from being hot in the afternoon to waking up with a runny nose in the morning.  UGGGHHH

No major complaints here today except that I'm trying to order a bridesmaid dress for a wedding I will be in and I could be one of 4 sizes according to the size chart.  

I'm fairly certain if I order the one for the biggest measurement that I would be swimming in it.    Decisions, decisions.

I watched most of the Oscars last night and stayed up way too late.  I'm a zombie right now. 

We got 25 free one hour prints yesterday from Sams Club if you redeem them online as well as 25 prints from walmart.  It took me over 2 hours to upload 50 pictures and then I received an email saying they would be ready by 11 am today and even though I added both coupons, it doesn't say it in my order.  What happened to one hour?  Hopefully they will be free.  I have also spent 2 weeks trying to work on a calendar and photobook of our honeymoon to no avail.  The pictures are low resolution or don't fit right and a bunch of other errors.  I wanted to take a hammer to my laptop last night.

Yep, I'm pretty sure!  Too bad for them I'm going to go to Becky.  I'm thinking I'm going to throw out the hip measurement all together (it's an a-line dress) and order one size smaller than it tells me to based on the larger of the other 2 measurements.

That would leave me within in an inch so I'm sure it could be let out slightly should it need to be.... but I bet it won't.

I have to B&M about Planned Parenthood again. I called them on Friday to call my prescription into CVS. Saturday morning I went to CVS and they had no record of the prescription ever being called in. In fact, they guy said he was there all day Friday and didn't remember ever getting a call from them. And of course PP is only open the 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month. I was supposed to have my BC Saturday, now I won't have it until today. This is like the third time they've done this crap to me. And this is my last refill, so I will have to have an appointment this month. Ugh. I can't wait until I have a new job, with insurance, and won't have to go to them anymore.

My B&M is also allergies... I normally don't suffer much, but this morning my eyes were SO swollen, it looked like I'd been dumped yesterday.  They're getting better as the day goes on, but my friend at work actually asked me if I was sad.  And I thought I was doing good to hide it!

Allergies have been very bad for me too.  Usually, I just have sinus pressure and pain.  Over the past ten days, I have been a textbook case of allergy symptoms!  Thankfully, Zyrtec liquigels work quite nicely.

I also cried about the first ten times I saw "Pride and Prejudice" with Keira Knightley.  From about the time when she says no to him half way through until the very end.

I'm annoyed that people aren't sending back their RSVPS.  I had a feeling I would end up having to call a bunch of them, but I was hoping it wouldn't be this many!  I know they still have a couple more weeks to respond, but I still think I will have to call a majority of the people on our list.  :-/

My B&M:
I found out Friday (after trying for 2 weeks to call the restaurant where my receptionw will be) is closed right now.  They had a pipe issue with the freezing snow storm and now they've decided to fix all that an renovate all in one shot.  Well thanks for letting me know and I really hope you mean it when you say that it will all be done when my wedding is here in 3 months. 

And... FMIL called to let FI know that she bought me some dresses because she said she didn't want us to look cheap coming the wedding day.  Like I didn't spend a crap load on my wedding attire already?  Anyway, so they are the traditional dresses that are 95% of the time custom made to your body.  She doesn't even know my measurements.  I have a feeling she bought them super small so she can tell me to lose weight

My B&M is that my sister is going back on giving me permission to look at 4-28-12 for our wedding date.  If you have read my bio, you know the 28th is SUPER special to us.  If we plan to have it in 2012, we are set with January, April or July.  January will be way too cold for outdoor, July way too hot.  Now, all of a sudden, she is guilting me because she will have to wait until summer for hers costing her 20% more.  She was engaged last summer and hasn't done anything planning-wise.  Why should my wedding suffer because she dropped the ball?  (Keep in mind, she told me originally that we could look in April/May as they weren't sure of it)
