We were engaged for 15 months.  I didn't really start planning until after 2 months because of work, planning our vacation that summer, etc.

We will be engaged for just about 13 months. We both knew it was going to happen soon before it actually did and so we talked about a small things, like an approx guest list and color possibilities, before we were even engaged. Since being engaged I've been planning like a mad woman lol

We got engaged last May and are getting married in July.  I started planning right away since we were only about a year out.

We were engaged for about 14 months.  I started booking major vendors just a few weeks after we got engaged, and then did things here and there all throughout the time between engagement and wedding. :)
