Size 26+ mother's dress?

Looking for suggestions on stores that carry size 26 or up in a formal dress for my fiance's mom.  We went to the department stores already and they only carry up to 24, which wasn't quite big enough.  Anyone know of any other places in Toledo or the surrounding area where they carry large formal dresses?  This has been a frustrating search!

Lane Bryant at Levis Commons? Or I think they used to have one at Franklin Park, haven't been there recently enough to know if it's still there.

Catherines (a few locations in Toledo and www.catherines.com) says it carries up to a size 34.  They carry some evening dresses, it looks like.

I'm fairly sure that Atlas Bridal carries a couple of manufacturers that go up to 26-28 in Mother of the Bride dresses.

My mil had the same issue and found a dress online that she liked and took it to Pam Thomas who altered it in all the right places to fit great. She also makes dress's and is really good priced. Just to give you another option. If you need her number let me know and I can get you that.

I know this is an old post, but if anyone is checking it......I took her to Catherine's (great suggestion) and found her a really pretty suit on CLEARANCE !!! and also found a nice outfit for the rehearsal.  Yea!
