Where are you getting your shoes?

Just curious and need some suggestions.  Haven't seen much I like on Zappos and bridal shoes tend to be really pricey!

My fiance and I ordered custom Chucks from converse.com --- black and off-white outside, green inside, and green embroidery of my married name on the side of my shoe and the wedding date on the side of his shoe. They are amazing, comfy, and cheaper than most heels. If you are looking for heels, maybe try solestruck.com -- I've ordered from that site before and the shipping/returning was fast and simple.

I found clearance shoes from the dyable line at Payless (and just didn't get them dyed) for $5.  I also bought a pair of white ballet flats for $10 from Payless for the reception.  I would suggest not spending a lot on "bridal" shoes, especially if your dress is long.  Buy some heels from Target/Meijer/Payless as nobody will really notice your shoes anyway.

I got mine from Payless.   I'd definitely recommend checking them out!  You don't have to buy "bridal" shoes.

My only caveat (with shoes from anywhere!)  is to make sure they fit really well and are comfortable.  Mine were just a tad too snug, but I bought them anyhow (because they were fun and cheap) and I totally tore up my heels! :(

Ditto pp...I originally ordered a beautiful pair of shoes that were a tad snug.  When I went for my first dress fitting...just standing on the podium for 30 minutes in my shoes and my feet were killing!

That's why I went searching for more.  I liked ordering from Dillards because I got to actually try them on to know how they would fit first.  I'm happy that I found a pair I totally love, that are super comfy, and really easy to walk in.

And they were on sale...so I got them for less than $50.00!

    TOTALLY!

I didn't want to spend a lot on shoes b/c I only spent $100 on the dress! It was hard finding cheap white or silver PUMPS that were not STILLETOS. I would freeze my feet off in October, or fall on my face!

    I got these @ Payless

I am going to spend some money on my shoes. I feel like I cut back so much on everything else (and im a shoe-aholic) that I think my shoes should be amazing. My wedding has some crimsony reds in it so im going with a red shoe! :)

I found some amazing shoes that go with my vintage style at DSW. Im looking for a peeptoe cocktail pump (about 3 to 3 and a half inch). The SUPER cute ones i found were $60.00 and although thats a little steep, you cant put a price tag on CUTE SHOES! :) good luck!

I got mine from Target.  They have "bridal" shoes online.  They only cost me $15 and no one saw them anyhow.  :)

I got mine from DSW... blue flats!  I can't imagine trying to wear heels all day long.  Even wearing flats, I switched over to flip flops for the reception.
