Lima Reception Locations?

Hi all,

We're starting to plan our August 25, 2012 wedding. The ceremony is going to be at Delphos St. Johns, but we're looking for somewhere for our reception.. preferably in the lLima area. Does anyone have any suggestions or other Lima area vendor reviews?

    Congratulations! :)

    I'm no help with a reception location, but wanted to mention that you can definitely check into Toledo-area vendors for most things.  Most vendors are willing to travel, so don't feel like you have to restrict your vendor search to only Lima.

    I am not orginally from lima but I have worked there for the last three years.  I am going to a wedding reception in February at Appleseed Ridge Girl Scout Coucil on Robb Ave.   I could let you know how that is after I attend.  Also, I know the metroparks will rent out the barn at the Allen County Farm Park for receptions. I know thats on the east side so not what you are looking for geographically.  Also, I am sure some of the hotels near 75 have a place where you could have a reception.  Hope that helps!
