Invites!

Hey Toledo ladies!  I'm curious as to what everyone is or did for their invites.  I have an appointment with Fiddlestix coming up and plan on going to Puttin on the Glitz to check out their options also.

I printed my own with a kit from Michaels.  However, I did look through books at the Party City in Spring Meadows to see if ordering everything was in our budget and get a feel for what was available.  I don't really know how their selection compares to other places, but I felt like they had a ton to look through.  I think you have to go to the one in Spring Meadows though.  The custom invitation section has it's own area and employee in the front corner of the store and I don't think the Monroe Street store has that.

I bought a kit from Michael's, too.  I typed them up in Word and printed them out.

They were awesome for the price. Pics in Bio if you wanna see.

We used Your Perfect Day for our save-the-dates, invitations and programs.  They have a graphic designer on staff and custom make everything.   Our invitations were only $1.00 each (plus a design fee) and that includes an invitation, response card and envelope!   The best part is that she gave us a few examples and from there, we made some changes until they were PERFECT!

I bought custom invites through a seller on Etsy.

We used Vista Print for our Save the Dates and Wedding Paper Divas/Cardsandpockets.com for our invites. I love them so much but wedding paper divas is expensive so make sure to use a coupon code. Also they wanted 1.25 for each petalfold and I got them for $0.50 each at cards and pockets.com

We bought our invites and STDs from Magnet.Street.com ... got an incredible deal. We still need reception cards and RSVP cards but I'm not too worried about that.

I went through many books and looked online quite a bit.  I didn't find anything that I liked a lot, so I went the Etsy route.  http://www.etsy.com/people/SunnyAndCo This is my seller.  She is a fellow Knottie and great to work with. I am buying my pocketfolds at Cards and Pockets and assembling them myself.

I'm mimicking my invites off of the ones that January Bride made, which you can see here, so I'll be DIYing mine. We're ordering materials from paper-source.com and paperandmore.com. My dad is doing the actual designing because he's good at that sort of thing.
