Those last minute things

I'm at a wedding lull. I love it, but I thought if I get bored what can I do. I was wondering what were some last minute things you didn't think of before the big day hit? If you had a resource kit that day what would you have put in it?

I scheduled all my beauty appointments near the end, got gifts for my wedding party, got some last minute decor items, HM stuff, and made my programs and seating chart.  I made up 3 boxes and started packing them as I could:  one for the RD, one for the ceremony, one for the reception.  I used the TK checklist to pack each one.  That way on the wedding weekend, all I had to do was pack them in the car knowing everything was in there.

I didn't do much DIY but the projects I worked on were favors, favor boxes, and our guest book.  Those kept me busy over my summer months when I didn't do much else.  Also I worked on our ceremony for many months, tweaking it, etc.

But when I did have a lull, I relaxed--it was nice not to think about the wedding sometimes.

Stephie - Great tips about how and when to pack.   Your advice is a keeper.
