Morning everyone!
Eating and workout went well yesterday, minus slacking off at lunch to have a bagel with my mom, and a tiny bit of after-dinner snacking. It was our last arm workout for p90x, for which I am THRILLED.
Today is cardio (probably running or cardio x) and yoga stretches. Oh, and it's 10 days! Oh my goodness!
