Yeah Friday!
I ran outside last night, about 4 miles. My legs felt really heavy again. I don't know if I'm psyching myself out, or if its because there are a lot of other runners on my route, but I've felt kind of slow these past two runs. Hopefully next run I can break out of this funk.
Tonight I'm lifting and doing the elliptical.
Anything fun going on this weekend? FI is busy with work, so I'll probably just workout and catch up on some wedding planning tasks I've been putting off. No Hunger Games movie for me this weekend
