    AMOUNT OF EXERCISE: 1 hour cardio kickboxing class
    WAS I ON TRACK TODAY? Sort of
    NOTES: I ate out twice yesterday which was hard, but I think I made relatively good choices.  Luckily the back was good enough to take a really intense kickboxing class last night which helped off-set the eating out.

  • Hooooooray!!! It's Friday! TGIF! Anyone going to see the new Harry Potter this weekend? I am going with FI tomorrow morning for the early bird show :)
    I'm not sure if I understand the daily check in....is it like an accountability, what we plan for today, or is it how we did the day before??? Well I am just going to put my goals for today for now...

    DAILY CHECK IN & ACCOUNTABILITY 11.19

    CALORIE INTAKE: 1200-1400
    EXERCISE AMOUNT: Biggest Loser: Last Chance Workout Week 1: Day 2 (30mins)
    GOALS: Go get my healthy groceries, plan next weeks meals according to my Diet2Go plan, and excercise with Jillian Michaels & FI
    NOTES: Yesterday (11.18) FI and I did the Week 1: Day 1 workout with Jillian....oh dear I have got my work cut out for me!
    But after about the 2nd circuit the pain and "I can't do this" feeling went away!!!!!!!

  • ASH for eating out twice that IS good!!!! And great job on the kick boxing!

    MISSMEL nope no Harry Potter for me but my nephew is having his birthday at the huge theatre here for a private showing of it with some friends next weekend and then they hit the party room there. I won't be making the beginning part of that... I don't know why but I can never stay awake during Harry Potter.
    Also, I think that this is going to work how you think it'll work best for YOU :) I'll be posting for my day "before" on these threads because I work nights and that works best for me. But either way you do it... accountability is what we are aiming for :) That and praise! Cuz who doesn't like praise ?? :D

    Have a great weekend girls and as they say in WW... I look forward to seeing LESS of you next week! lol

    CALORIES CONSUMED: 1603 cal, 89.5g protein, 64.5g fat
    AMOUNT OF EXERCISE: 30 min weight training + 15 min cardio
    WAS I ON TRACK TODAY? A bit on the high side
    NOTES: I did my usual exercise this morning but planning to do 30 day shred workout this evening and at least once this weekend, as well.  :)

  • Hi Ladies...I'm so glad it's Friday!! I don't think I could work another day!

    CALORIE INTAKE: so far 800, 9WW points (I'm saving up to go out to dinner tonight)
    EXERCISE AMOUNT: One hour on the elliptical
    GOALS: To weight in tomorrow at WW with a loss!
    NOTES: I feel great and hope for even a small loss which will put me closer to my first goal of losing 10 pounds...4 pounds to go! Smile

    NOTES: I was on track the first half of the day(11-18) then
    I ate too much for dinner at a school banquet. I'm a
    sucker for buffets. I've also been under a lot of stress
    and when I'm stressed, I eat. Does anyone else feel this
    way? Today the (19th) is a new day so we'll see what happens.

    FANCIE Sounds like you are a stress/emotional eater. The good thing is you REALIZE it!!! I use to be/am too. Like foods your bestfriend or something right? It'll all be better if I just scarf down these Reese's. Pfft.... the Reese' are our FREMIES! Lol

    AMOUNT OF EXERCISE: Crying (was at grandma's service yesterday)
    wAS I ON TRACK TODAY? yes and no.  no real excersize, but i ate well.
    NOTES:  i couldn't finish my dinner again! yay!  i had chicken fajitas, and used only two tortillas and only a little bit of sour cream. (sorry, but i  LOVE sour cream!!)  i did have quite a few chips and salsa...see i had eaten nothing since breakfast and i was STARVING.  i felt good about it and the food was DELICIOUS.
    11-4-10: -3 pounds
  • Saviandcrystal: Yes, I am an emotional eater and it sucks. So now its tackiling what I know and start changing my thinking. Its hard for me because everyone around me eats bad.
