Morning ladies! Thanks for all the well wishes yesterday. I woke up with a bad headache again today, but after going back to sleep for a half-hour it was gone. Weird. Hopefully this pattern goes away because I want to get back into my morning workout routine.
B: fiber plus antioxidants berry yogurt crunch cereal (3); skim milk (1)
L: leftover stir fry from last night- chicken, broccoli, zucchini, carrots, onions, snow peas with a little olive oil, garlic and soy sauce (6?); ww yogurt (1)
S: fiber one bar (2)

not sure yet.... maybe some steak and veggies?
