Wednesday WW Accountability

Morning ladies!  Thanks for all the well wishes yesterday.  I woke up with a bad headache again today, but after going back to sleep for a half-hour it was gone.  Weird.  Hopefully this pattern goes away because I want to get back into my morning workout routine.

B: fiber plus antioxidants berry yogurt crunch cereal (3); skim milk (1)
L: leftover stir fry from last night- chicken, broccoli, zucchini, carrots, onions, snow peas with a little olive oil, garlic and soy sauce (6?); ww yogurt (1)
S: fiber one bar (2)
D: not sure yet.... maybe some steak and veggies?

  • morning! i forgot to WI this morning because i had to clean up our new kitten litter box...he wildly kicks the litter when he goes and it was all over the bathroom. GROSS. looks like ill be investing in a nice covered box for him lol.

  • Morning!  Vball-Are you getting enough sleep usually?  Maybe this is your body's way of telling you to get more sleep?

    D: Out to dinner with my mom (my dad is out of town too, so the girls are going out!)  It's a little french bistro-I have my eye on a chicken sandwich with a side salad instead of frieds (10?)
