Color Run!

Has anyone done it?  It looks like really fun motivation to train for a 5K.

I've heard of it, and have never heard of someone NOT enjoying it.  I may sign up for one in my area later this year.

I've never done it but I am dying to!!! A great way to train for a 5k is to use the Jeff Gallaway method which is where you run for 4 minutes, walk 1. Or that's what the ultimate goal is. I'm still definitely overweight and not to that point, so I run 3 minutes and walk 2, and it's awesome! I ran my first 5k back in April. 

Anyways, the color run looks awesome and you should sign up for one!! As soon as there's one in my area, I'm going to do it.

I think I'm the only person who has absolutely no interest in this. I also have no interest in the tough mudder either. I'm strange what can I say beyond that.

Im not a runner but I am doing the color run this saturday in San Francisco! Im so excited! There are people who actually run these kinds of 5ks here but a lot of people here also use runs like this as a reason to get a group of friends togehter, all dress up, drink and have a good time.

I'm doing the Richmond and DC Color Runs. Haven't done a 5k in a longg time but it'll be fun! If you're going to spend your morning outside running, you might as well do it with friends and come out at the end all tie-dyed.

I am doing the color run in August in Grand Rapids with my fiance and most of my side of the wedding party.. I'm excited cause he wants to try and run it.. so maybe I can get him to try and sign up for another one together!!

I am using it as a stress buster from two weeks of annoying work..

There is color me rad in september by me and then the color run in february.  I'm starting the couch to 5K program.  Did the first day Monday and rested yesterday and today I do the second day.  I'm excited!
