  • I don't think it's a big deal to do two videos.  I used to do multiple videos on demand when that feature was available.  Personally, I would make sure to switch it up.  What I mean by that is, make sure the second video you do covers a different aspect then the first.  That way you avoid overexertion of certain muscle groups, etc... or you could do it by day where one day you focus on one area and the next day you focus on a different area.
  • Nothing wrong with doing two videos- especially if they're short. Some of her videos are 20 minutes, so go ahead and double to 40 mins. Ditto, what lbarr said, just try focusing on another 'body part.'

  • Great, I'll do that! Which dvd do you think compliments 30 DS? Her yoga, 6 wk ab, etc?

I've never tried her Yoga DVD. I've done two 30 DS workouts back to back occasionally. But, I'll do two different levels because the excercises are different.

Edit: I've also never tried her AB DVD. My eyes kinda skipped over that. I think either one of those would be fine though.

  • JM's yoga is hardcore yoga!  Just FYI.  I was doing two of her workouts in a week 30DS and then I would add her No More Trouble Zones 2-3xs a week.  I would suggest that you take a couple of days off so your body can change and rest and recover.

I've not tried her abs video, but I think you could add that to the 30DS and it would compliment it well!  Have fun!
  • I try and do her yoga dvd after one of the other ones so you're good to do two in a row!
