Newbie/oldie intro

Hi! I was a regular on the board before my wedding (October 2011), but dropped off afterwards. I'm back now, trying to lose some post-marriage/baby weight and get back to my wedding weight. This forum was a great resource before and hopefully it can keep me accountable again. My goal is to lose about 15 pounds.

    @xcalygrl - I'm monitoring my calories and saying no to sweets, which is always my big downfall. I've also reduced my carb intake - I could never go on a full no carbs diet, but I eat a ton of bread and pasta, so even cutting that in half should help. I've always been somewhat active, but I'm trying to increase my activity and add in some new workouts (i.e. hot yoga) so I don't get bored.
