I try to work out every day but it usually is every other day. I have been eating healthier and I am very happy that this is the second day a chocolate cake has been in my house and I haven't touched it!
Usually I do 100box crunches, 25 lunges, free weights with the arms, 50 leg raise and kicks, and i try to walk. i also have been using the skin tightening cream and it has been working!
i am very happy and i just wanted to post so others can get some inspiration. i didn't go to the gym and just by doing my at home workouts i am looking better already!
