For the most part I do eat pretty well. I do have breads, pastas, ect once in a while. I decided I want to eat all clean foods for a week and do one cheat meal on Sunday. I am really excited sctually to do this! I got a bunch of veggies, fruits and sweet potatoes. We will have fish for dinner or chicken. It is going to feel so good doing this and the best part is my fiance is doing it with me! It would be so much harder if I was doing it alone.
