I took one intro class a couple of months ago (It was the first of a series of 8 which I prepaid and sadly couldnt make it to the rest of them because of my poor planning and the classes coinciding with my clinical hours). Boo. But I enjoyed it so much. Not just physically, but mentally. My knee did hurt for weeks afterwards though, leaving me a little wary. I'm interested in going back and starting with the Essential Basics classes they have. For those of you that do yoga, can you tell me a bit about your experience with it, positive effects, and any negatives.
