Ever bought a trainer for the bride to be? We did this for my friend Sue and she loved it, the trainer was awesome and came to her house to train her. I am thinking about doing it as a gift for my future sister n law, but I am not sure if she will take offense, she talks about wanting to be trim and lose weight to look smashing in her gown, would you take offense???  I posted this already I think somewhere else on this site,  I am new to this...so I could use some advice on the matter, I know I would love a trainer, i am thinking about hiring this trainer myself and If I were lucky enough to be getting married I would hope they would purchase one for me! Do you think it is a good gift?? If anyone is local in Montgomery county and is looking for an amazing trainer let me know, I highly recommend her.

I would ask her first if she would ever want to work out with a trainer before buying her one. We can all be a little sensitive sometimes, and who knows if this would rub her the wrong way. If she says that she would like to workout with a trainer, but can't afford it, then you have your answer!

I agree. It depends how serious she is, if she's done it before, if she's mentioned she wants to do it, but it's too expensive. Tonight is actually my last session with my trainer, whom I've been with for 6 months. My wedding is next month and I can't spend the money anymore. But if someone bought me more sessions I'd be THRILLED.

I live in the Chester County about 15mins away from King of Prussia.  I have always wanted a trainer.  Can you give me some information on her?  I need someone to help kick me in the a$$ to get things motivated for me.

My best friend said to ask her good friends as well. I just want to get her something extraordinary, maybe I am just thinking about it too much? What bride does not want to look amazing in her gown??

I got a trainer for myself to get ready for the wedding, but I'm not sure I would have been as into it if someone else got it for me.  I really had to mentally commit and motivate myself.  There are times I'm exhausted and don't feel like going, but since I made the investment, I'm determined to see it through.  That said, I'm really glad I got a trainer (through the gym), I've definitely noticed a big difference.
