I have been looking into this and to me it sounds great. I like that I don't have to cook a lot of meals. I really feel I can stick with this one and I'm going to start tomorrow. I am tired of eating chicken and tuna for every main meal and I'm sick of eggs lol.
Anyone ever tried this and did it work for you?
I'm going to start excercising more, instead of 30 minutes I will do 1 hour 5 times a week.
