I've hit another roadblock and it's sooooooo frustrating.
I've been doing awesome working out for the last 3.5 months and I'm finally seeing a bit of progress. So I must have managed to injure myself during my Sat. workout and one of my calves is soooooo sore. I was going to run today anyways, but on the advice of some coworkers (who are runners) I took another day off (which is KILLING ME!).
I ended up going for a 30min walk tonight but don't want to push it too much... it's just so frustrating to finally feel I'm getting somewhere and then I can't work out as much or do the workouts I'd like. Grrrr
