Bryce Canyon 1/2 Marathon

Hey Everyone!  I've decided to run the Bryce Canyon 1/2 marathon this year to help me stay motivated to lose weight!  I am an ok runner and can run about 3 miles without stopping so I am starting a beginner 1/2 marathon training program tomorrow.  It has me running 3x a week and X training 2x a week.  I am really excited because this has always been a goal of mine! I am def. taking before and after pics! Aways, I was just wondering if anyone has some tips on nutrition?  I really want to make sure I am eating good healthy food that will fuel my body correctly for this kind of exercise.  Any tips appreciated!
