North TX Venue suggestions?

Hi ladies,
Does anyone have any recommendations for either Westin Stonebriar or Marriott at Legacy Town Center?  I recently joined and would love any feedback on either venue for a small wedding (around 100 people). Thanks!

I don't have any reviews on those two in particuar, although I looked at past reviews and Marriotts in general only usually score around B.  Not that that helps much!

I had a hotel wedding and had 109 people so if you have any other questions maybe I could help.  I got married at the Melrose in Uptown and it was wonderful.  But I gather you are looking at a specific part of town.  I am not a fan of chains--I like boutique hotels, especially for a smaller wedding, so something like the Nylo would be more my style.

Good to know - thanks!  The Melrose looks gorgeous.  How was your experience there?
 
I'm actually not local to DFW so I haven't had a chance to see these places in person, but I also found the Rosewood Mansion at Turtle Creek.  Did you by chance also look there?  Thanks for the Melrose suggestion, I will definitely check it out now.

The Mansion is gorgeous and from what I have heard is not actually that bad price-wise.  They have an outdoor rooftop area for pictures and maybe even your ceremony.  It is definitely for a smaller wedding though, as is the Melrose but if you are at 100 you should be fine.

We picked the Melrose because it is where we went for drinks on our first date so it was very special to us.  My experience was great--if you click on the second link in my signature, you can see everything.  My second choice was the Stoneleigh but they didn't have our date.
