Workout Accountability: Thursday

Morning all,

Ugh, I was having some stomach issues yesterday, so I only did 2 miles of my run on some nasty hills.  I think my Tuesday lift still had me pretty sore because I felt exhausted last night. 

I'm lifting again tonight and I'll do the elliptical.  I might do a 2 mile jog if I have the energy after.  

How did you all do?
