Bridal boot camp?

There is a bridal boot camp here in Dallas and it has been all over the news. Has anyone had any experience with a similar program? I need to lose about 15lbs and I already eat healthy and work out 4-5times a week. Thoughts?

    They are very helpful. We have boot camp here in beaumont, tx and my friend has lost about 20 pounds in 2 months and gained a lot of muscle mass. She probably would have lost more if she ate better. Hope this helps

    I bought the Knot's bridal bootcamp and it's awesome just from the dvd, I can't imagine what an actual class would be like.  The bummer of living in Maine :(

    What all does the DVD have you do? Is it one long workout, or several?

    Several.  It's 8 different dvds with different levels of workouts.  I stay mainly with the turbo, which is a butt kicker, and the honeymoon abs.  Just for something different

    I do the Jay Johnson Boot Camp here in Dallas and I LOVE it! I feel better, I can tell a difference in how my clothes fit, and didn't feel like an absolute whale when I bought my dress this past weekend. I loved the boot camp so much, I even signed up for 8 more week of it (a total of 12 weeks!) - HIGHLY recommend it! :D
