I just made the most delicious salad to have with dinner.  I took fresh corn off the cob, added tomato, cucumber, orange pepper, red onion and parsley.  I dressed it with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.  Can't wait to eat it with my turkey burger tonight!

  • That sounds good man I'm hungry. I need to started coming up with different salads than my usual lettuce, onion, cucumber combo
  • You should add in some crushed mint. Sounds odd, but it is so good with dishes like that! Usually I dice onions, cucumbers, and tomatoes, add some olive oil, cider vinegar, and lemon juice, then stir in a good bit of crushed mint. Let it sit in the fridge for a few hours and it is sooo good.

  • Mint sounds like a good addition.  It was really yummy with dinner, and there a leftovers so I'm having that for lunch tomorrow.
