Pick my lunch-time workout!

Should I:-do Week 5, Day 3 of C25K?OR-workout on the elliptical?I just ran yesterday, but could run again today.I only have 30-35 minutes before I need to jump in the shower and get back to workI will be doing the Biggest Loser strength training video when I get home today before my weigh in.Pick my lunch-time work out!!

    Hmmmm... I'd say elliptical since that can last longer than the c25k.
