For those of you who have done/are doing the 30 day shred, what was your experience with the program as far as results? My wedding is 24 days out and I have a few pesky pounds to lose before then. I have started her video and I am planning on walking or running every day a few miles in addition to monitoring my food intake. My biggest concern is how I look versus weight lost so I really want more tone for the wedding. ANy suggestions or thoughts on her video?
