Good morning and happy Friday, ladies! I'm going on vacation tomorrow, so I have no idea of when I'll be able to use the net the next time. I'm back around Aug 6th at the latest. W: 8 glasses at least Total: adjusted to 35 Target: 35 WP used/total: 0/49 AP today: C25K unless it continues to rain... AP so far/goal this week/used: 0/20/0 Week starts: Thursday

  • Good Morning Ladies, Lost 1.6 at the WI last night!  Now up to 8! woohoo!  You know Bryn when i first read your posts, I am special and at first thought the "w" meant wine, and that you were drinking at least 8 glasses a day!  I was like man they drink a lot of wine over there....haha B: HNC (4) Melon (1) S: HNC (4) L: Turkey (3) Chs (1) Lettuce (0) WWC(4) S: Popcorn (1) D: ??   • I lost .6 at the WI last night which I am happy about since it is still a loss, but I (of course) wish it was more.  That being said, it's almost TOM and I actually crave salt and unhealthy food the week BEFORE.  So I had reduced fat smartfood popcorn Mon and Tue (a LOT of it) but was able to keep the bad foods/ snacking to a minimum the rest of the week (which is quite a feat!).  :-)B: grapes, cherries (2), oatmeal (2) S: yogurt (1) L: ? didn't bring anything but I will probably go downstairs and get a salad which just means points for balsamic vinagrette dressing (on the side) S: chex mix (2) D: mint tikka chicken, jasmine rice, dal (?) E: at least 45 min in the pool tonight!

  • Hi everyone!Bryn, I'm jealous! Have a great trip!KJ- see, you were all worried! Congrats!I'm kinda nervous about this weekend- going to a bbq tonight, and then tomorrow I'm working a market where I know I'm going to need snacks- this is where SF becomes challenging.  I have to be up super early tomorrow so breakfast will be a PBJ on the road, which means 3 points down the drain. I'm going to make a whole wheat pasta salad with loads of veggies and light on the dressing to bring to the bbq tonight so I hopefully won't use too many points tonight!B: F1, bran flakes, raspberries, skim, coffeeL: salad w/ veggies, 1 T feta (.5)S: yogurt w/ fruitD: ???? hopefully chicken and my pasta salad, 1 light beer and some chips or something (6)WPAs used: 6.5WPA/APs left: 21.5APs today: 3
  • Thanks, I'm going home to get some wedding stuff done and to keep studying for the exam. Will luckily see a tiny bit of some family members and friends too.
