Table Sizes and Rental Recs

Ok. so my venue provides tables and chairs for guest but I need to order the rest and I am buying linens and in all honesty I have no idea what size tables to rent.

What size table for the cake table? DId you do Seperate tables for the Grooms Cake? Honest opinons on what looks better square or round?
Guestbook Table? (recetangle)
Gift Table?
and any other tables I might be missing. TIA

I also am needing a rental place for the tables that are affordable, our venue is in Fort Worth but I don't think that make a difference much.

I think the best way to decide table size is to go and look and them. I'm a very visual person. Alot of rental companies have show rooms that you can visit. I like round for cake tables, but because the way my room was shaped, we ended up doing rectangles. I just thing the cakes (especially the bride's cake) look really pretty on the round table. Don't go too big, but also be sure to leave room for whomever is serving the cake to be able to cut and serve.

I did round for my cake table (I went and looked at my paperwork and it was 22") and rectangular for gift table, guest book, and escort cards/candy buffet--I know that one was like 4 or 6 ft.??  I don't know what the other sizes were though.  Heck, I never even saw my gift and guest book tables except in pictures!
ETA:  Ok, my guest book table was round!  Here are some non-pro pics that show mine better.
